CBSE NATIONAL SCIENCE EXHIBITION 2023-24

The prestigious CBSE National Science Exhibition 2023 was successfully hosted by Mayoor School, Noida from February 1st to 3rd, 2024. The mega event provided a humongous platform to young ignited minds to showcase their ingenuity and creativity. It featured 313 participating teams from across India who had been shortlisted at the regional level. Sh. Sanjay Kumar, Secretary, Department of School Education & Literacy, Ministry of Education, Government of India; Ms. Nidhi Chibber, Chairperson, CBSE; Dr. Joseph Emmanuel, Director, Academics, CBSE; Dr. Sanyam Bhardwaj, Controller of Examinations, CBSE, Dr. Sarvesh Naidu, Chairperson, Collaboration Committee, Mayo College General Council, Ajmer and a galaxy of Heads of esteemed institution of Delhi NCR graced the occasion with their presence. Based on the theme, "Science and Technology for Society," the exhibition demonstrated the scientific prowess of over 600 emerging innovators. These budding talents presented their novel ideas through exhibits, projects, and presentations on five sub-themes: Agriculture, Communication and Transport, Computational Thinking, Health, and Life. A distinguished panel of judges, assessed the exhibits and accomplished the prodigious task of identifying the winners. Our students, Pushkar Singh and Harshit Pathak of class IX of Vishwa Bharati Public School, Greater Noida were selected from among 42 Schools in CBSE Regional level Science Exhibition to present their exhibits in Computational Thinking. They made a Home Cube using which one can control all home equipments remotely.
